If you haven’t noticed, this blog has a lot of local politics, eccentricities, and in general a home of what I like to talk about on the internet.
Focally writing on local politics in Hamilton, Ontario because I love this city, and it is dramatically changing into a place where younger generations are taking over. Older generation are packing up shop, selling what they have, and moving on. My generation won’t see this change ever again here, it’s a once in a lifetime situation. Debates over stadium locations, art galleries emerging, old institutions turning into condos, one way roads turning into two way. Light Rail Transit, and new infrastructure. I’m hopeful it’ll be done right so it doesn’t need to be done again a second time.
I write in this blog to piece together what this city is like, and what it will be like, and to give good motive for people to move here. Invest into Hamilton for business, and living. There is no other city like it in Canada, and it’s about time you pay attention. I urge you to take a trip here, and see the real estate, and delegate some ambition to invest because very soon, the market is going to appreciate. You will miss out. Look beyond the grit. The grit is sedimentary.
