Firefox

December 15, 2007

Yesterday, I was fooling around with Firefox, and I’ve made firefox look very minimal. I’ve also put a screen cast of it on Youtube. Here’s the video:

The Firefox add-ons are:

  • All-in-One Sidebar
  • Smart Bookmark Bar
  • StumbleUpon
  • Tab Scope
  • Tiny Menu
  • Toolbar Buttons
  • Ubuntu Forum Menu

With that being said, I just saved you about 2 hours of work searching around for some good plug-ins. It tool me about 3 hours to do my research, find the add-ons, and fix them up the way I like them.

I still may add some coloured tabs because I do browse with tabs often, it’s quite useful. When I browse around I often use tabs because I find other stuff interesting while reading and if there’s a link or URL on the page, I just click the scroll wheel on my mouse and it opens another window as a tab in the same browser. Which means, I don’t have to use 10000 browsers to look at stuff. I’ll have 10000 tabs instead.

Anyway, hopefully that helps, and you benefit from it
